There are many ways that we humans have found to heal ourselves. What that looks like for some may be lighting incense and meditating, a YOGA practice, therapy, magic mushrooms or other natural herbs. Walking barefoot in the park. Healing sound baths or a nice hot cup of COFFEE or tea. Whatever you chose to partake in make sure you are first and foremost choosing YOU.
