Coffee has a long history starting in Ethiopia. The earliest credible evidence of coffee drinking dates back to the 15th century in the Sufi monasteries in Yemen brought by back by  Yemeni traders from Ethiopia who then started cultivating the plant.

By the 1500s many coffee houses started opening in Africa and the Middle East, the coffee spread all the way to Europe, thus changing the whole world a cup at a time.

Drinking a nice hot cup of coffee is the one thing my beloved grandmother and I LOVED to do together it was a way to bond and to listen to my grandmother talk about things she normally would not. Coffee will forever hold a place in my heart.
